The 38-year-old illegal border crosser was squatting next door to a family from Honduras. The confrontation followed family members walking up to the fence and asking the suspect to stop shooting his gun, who had been known in the neighborhood to fire a .223 rifle in the front yard of the residence he was staying at. The sheriff’s office discovered shell casings there.
